The clear rules governing our services: enrolment, rates, payment, cancellation and mutual commitments.

Last updated: July 2026

This English translation is provided for convenience. The French version is the only legally binding text.

These terms of use and sale (“CGVU”) govern the relationship between Soutien-Omni-Scolaire Sàrl (“SOS”, “we”), a limited liability company incorporated under Swiss law, and any person (“the User”, “the Client”) who uses its services, books a lesson or uses its website and mobile application.

The essentials at a glance

  • Every programme starts with a free, no-commitment assessment.
  • Rates in CHF, taxes included, published and confirmed before sessions.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling free of charge up to 48 hours before the session.
  • Swiss law; place of jurisdiction in the canton of Vaud.
1

Scope of application

These CGVU apply to all services offered by SOS: one-to-one lessons (in person, online or at home), semi-private lessons (maximum two students), intensive courses, preparation for official examinations, as well as services provided through the mobile application, at its centres in Vevey, Lausanne and Montreux.

2

Acceptance of the terms

Enrolling in any service, booking any lesson or using the mobile application implies unreserved acceptance of these CGVU. Users who do not accept these terms must refrain from enrolling and from using the services.
